What is Me vs Joe?

Me vs Joe lets you compare your own health, fitness, finance, and lifestyle stats to the average American — "Joe." Log a stat and instantly see where you stand, take quizzes, read daily insights, and track your progress over time.

Do I need an account?

No. There's no sign-up and no login. Your data stays on your device and your own iCloud.

How do I manage or cancel my Joe Pro subscription?

Joe Pro subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. On your iPhone, open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, select Me vs Joe, and choose to change or cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the current period ends.

How do I restore a purchase?

If you reinstalled the App or switched devices, open the App, go to the Joe Pro or Store screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

I was charged but didn't get my purchase.

First try Restore Purchases (above). If that doesn't resolve it, email admin@mevsjoe.com. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my data?

Your stats are stored on your device and your own iCloud. You can clear logged stats inside the App, and deleting the App removes its local data from that device. iCloud-synced data can be removed via Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Account Storage.

How do I turn notifications on or off?

Manage notifications in Settings › Notifications › Me vs Joe, or within the App's settings.

The numbers seem off / I found an error.
